Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include any applicable statuary taxes relevant at the time the order is placed   Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards, or Pay-Pal. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details, and stock availability,  

Delivery

We ship World-wide. We cannot guarantee delivery times as all of our finished models are built to order and this can lead to extended lead times however every attempt is made to send you your order as soon as possible. However where orders for models  are in kit format or accessories or decals but we aim to despatch items within the times specified against each of our products. You will be advised via Email on the status of your order and when it's despatched

Delivery Costs

It is not our intention to profit from the post & packing charges, The rates we charge are calculated using the total weight of the order based on the cost of the Small Packet charges in current use at the point of placing an order by the Royal Mail Postal Services plus a nominal fee for the cost of the packing necessary to ensure that the contents of your order is received in good condition.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or despatched the product to you.  We keep this data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.
